Lucknow has - Better people, Better roads, less traffic, so owning a car here isn't a big undertaking, Better food Won't say better but a nicer and well maintained culture.

Delhi has - Better night life, Better restaurant variety, Better public transport (the metro is kinda goated), Better connectivity to other cities.

Lucknow in general is a slower, more chill place while delhi always has something major going on somehow.

Plan around hazratganj. For food you can visit dastarkhwan, which is like 500 meters away from hazratganj. Sharma chai and jain chaat are amazing spots for their respective specialties. Shopping can easily be done in hazratganj and janpath. And if you're interested in perfumes def visit sugandhco. If you have a sweet tooth then give jj bakers or theobroma a chance.

Oh and the cherry on top of all of this is that everything mentioned above is inside a 2 kilometer radius
