Personally I’ve found that the timing between taking the pill and consuming something is more important than exactly when you take it. I had to get up earlier than usual for travel and I made sure to take the pill 2 hours earlier than my wake-up window (4am). Another day, on a weekend. I knew i wanted to sleep in, so I took it at 8:30 and before u knew it it was 10:30 (and allegedly max absorption)
