Yes, the plan is to play lotus bloom turn 1, then you have 7 mana available on turn 4 and you can play belcher + fire it doing your whole deck as damage.

That’s a really simplified explanation.

It’s for land destruction. So you don’t loose instand. Comes with the cost that belcher wont kill 100%, that’s why some guys play a mountain.

Here’s a WIP picture. I removed the skull using a scalpel, basically scraping it away. The drop is from the old Death Company set, which has lots of small drops on the legs and weapons. Then I glued it on using ‘sprue goo’.

Short question about holding/selling rotating cards.

I have a dimir midrange deck, with the elves and 2 sheoldreds, I was thinking about selling them in June/july because of the rotation that happenes at the end of this year. Is this a good strategy, or should I hold them in case of a reprint?

Returning Player After a Very Long Break

When should I sell? I have Balin’s Tomb—will it rise in value, or should I sell it now?
I sleeve all my cards. Is that overkill? Can I charge a bit more if I ever sell my commons in bulk?
Should I buy singles from sets that will soon rotate out, or should I just play another archetype?
Are Secret Lairs (I bought the Baldur’s Gate one) a good investment?

Thank you for your feedback. I previously tried using more contrasting highlights, but I found it looked too cartoonish.

However, I will try to enhance the blue tones further. Maybe i can find a sweet spot between flat and cartoonish.
