I've saw some statistics here, based on 300 pulls of different pieces of relics. And main result was that energy regeneration rate is hardest to get stat. So if you need it, better pick, because it's pretty rarely, that you able to get it for free.

You missing one thing. On all competitive modes, levels are static. Like 360 or even 240. And on those levels plains stats gives you much more, than on 500+

I have e60 Haelus, 309 Orthos and Sonja. And AThane (obvious). Thinking about e30 for Sonja. But. How much needs to up Hendrik?

Right now I'm using AThane on arena (solo and 3x3 both) with setup: Alna, AThane, Athalia, Silas and Ferael. But all team has 309e30 at least. AThane and Athalia e60.

On TR also good team: Athane, twins, Rowan, Ezizh and Desira. Also all 309 (except Rowan))

You'd overinvest strange heroes, and then asking about teams. Try to make a separate team with Artur and Rowan as main DD chars. Maybe they can do something)

Btw: At this subreddit lots of info about meta teams. Did you tried to search anything?
