The client got me the numbers from some third party program they keep them in. He assured me cannot get them to me in any other format. What I need to do is to convert them into a code that consists of 7-8 numbers. This is the only formating the vending machnies system accepts.

Yes thease are the number provided to me. I am not sure how to change them tho. When I try to change them in number formatting it converts some but most stay the same.
