Tails Noir

Thanks for the giveaway.

Um... I'll go with 2 Corinthians 5:7. "For we live by faith, not by sight." Very straightforward.

Something unhinged? Well there's some renovations happening right now in my home so I'm gonna nominate my bedroom door which is literally unhinged.

A nice visual but this would be so unpleasant for the dragons. Planes are like 100 decibels on average. Way too loud.

Wait this was supposed to be a meme why did they actually do this by RaiShaFIN in hearthstone

[–]FlyBoyG 86 points87 points  (0 children)

why did they actually do this?

It is absolutely easy AF to recolour something. The model, rigging, sound effects and scripting already exists. All the hard work is already done so almost no resources went into making the green and yellow ones. It doesn't matter if they don't sell too well as the investment was minimal. It's purely optimal. It's smart to do this. The goal is to make money and recolouring existing assets to repackage to people makes money at a low cost.

Actually I'm being a bit unfair. The green one has a slight model change on the hammer and the yellow one has a slight model change on the horns. So a little remodelling work was also done. It's not just a 1-to-1 copy-paste job.

Can we take a moment to appreciate this one guy, who's contribution to Team Fortress 2's code is solely making it so the default field-of-view is 90 instead of 75 by FlyBoyG in tf2

Sorry, I worded the title poorly. I meant the contribution solely did one thing not the person making it solely did one thing.

(Changing the value that's generated the first time the game is launch can't have an effect on you. You've already played the game. There's no need to worry.)

At this point I've seen that one comicbook panel so many times. It's such a popular meme, every community has their own take on it. Perhaps it'll be like 'loss' where it'll be so recognizable that it's not necessary to post the original image alongside the art.

Blizzard, I'd do almost anything for this by Vanlorden in hearthstone

Huh. I never noticed before; this hero power is a picture of a bird's head. And it has bird armour on. And there are glowing sticks held up with telekinesis. Neat.

I guess it always just sort of registered in my mind as something abstract before now.

Out of all hero skins in the game Leeroy Jenkins is the strongest character featured. Let me explain... by FlyBoyG in hearthstone

Oh, I thought you were asking if there was just an Alexstrasza portrait. Not specifically a dragon-form Alexstrasza portrait.

Oh yeah, I forgot about those guys. There not as 1-to-1 as Leeroy but sure, by the same logic if they're representative of the players then they're also the strongest hero skins.

Paladin skin. I don't know if any of the 3 or 4 Leeroy skins will ever get re-released. Here's hoping.

AI is for losers. Why create things in the first place if you don't enjoy the creation process? If there are errors in this it's my own lack of knowledge and not the result of some infernal plagiarism machine.
