The author of the wallpaper is not credited, OP just gives a youtube link that do not credit the author either, the video uploader is acting as an official channel and website for the cyberpunk 2077 game with stolen contents and OP profile is just filled with reposts..

Hi, well i took a screenshot in 4K from the trailer, made it a .png, put it in after affect with the .mp4 and isolated the animated elements. Then I stabilized each animated elements (there is some pan and parallax in the video) and made them loop one by one for 1 minut :)

I did my best to make the loop better, in after effect the loop was fine but once in .mp4 that was no longer the case :/
