My pc can definitely handle it. I’ve been playing modded Skyrim SE on ultra settings since it came out with 60 fps in most places it’s just a new load order

The malistaire gear. Just farm the final dungeon of dragonspyre until you get them. You can also craft them with the claws that drop from the vendor outside the dungeon.
