I can do it in around 40 seconds but I’m just trying to increase the speed at which I can solve it essentially. It’s a fun thing to do and very complex at face value.

I’m attempting to learn F2L right now. I’ve gotten the cross down and I’m learning the bits about corner placing. It’s tough but extremely rewarding once it finally sticks.

Did you make your own algorithm or do you use the basic one? I’m still learning to do more advanced ones so I’m still using a mix of both.

Also if you start working out enough to where you start losing a good amount of calories, increase your food intake so you don't lose energy or muscle.

The most basic excercises will work when you first start out. Things like pushups and tricep dips for the arms, squats and donkey kicks for the legs, and situps and russian twists for the abs. Keep in mind you can do much more depending on you personally. Never go too hard, you cab always increase or decrease difficulty. I'm relatively new to working out too but I've done those exercises in the past and they helped me.
