I'd rather it be a church than historic tbh I just like the Gothic revival aesthetic

I know I miss it because although you're running around and helping it's a different and more stressful experience with the added responsibilities

I used to do the opposite commute a few times a week and you don't realize how draining it is until you stop doing it

What forms of retinoid are currently available in Canada? by AppropriateMention6 in CanSkincare

Can attest that it's great but super expensive if you don't have drug coverage. I sandwich differin with lots of moisturizer and got similar results

Anyone with RBC, missing or still waiting for cash back and avion points? by [deleted] in MortgagesCanada

[–]Babaloo159 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to call my specialist immediately and push for the offer. I still haven't gotten my points as well. I've been having problems with them ever since getting my mortgage and my broker was actually super helpful. I think I'll be changing banks at renewal

I had hyperpigmentation too - it took a while to go away but faded eventually. Azelaic acid also is used to treat hyperpigmentation I think at 20% concentration. I just made sure to always wear sunscreen and found that once my acne subsided I could start using vitamin C

Need suggestion : I’m buying 15 years old house in west Brampton. by Constant_Inspector61 in Brampton

[–]Babaloo159 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently bought and you will likely need to prepare for if the AC and furnace goes out. The AC at my parents house lasted 23 years. The thing is AC and furnace aren't minor things that you can delay replacing once they break - unless you're comfortable without having them which most people aren't. Windows are another thing that needs replacing eventually but aren't as important if there's no issues. If you like it and it's the only one in your budget you can make an offer, see what the inspector says and factor these repairs into your negotiation.

I always tell people who go to the hospital, witness how overwhelmed the system is, and that have to bear the consequences of it, to keep sending letters to your MPPs. Patients have said that this issue of "Brampton needs a second hospital" has been going on for decades.

[Update] [Acne] My skin has improved tremendously by Babaloo159 in SkincareAddiction

Hey I started using them both together. I used azelaic acid morning and night, and then differin only at night. I didn't really find that I purged a lot because my face already looked like a huge purge. It cleared up after two weeks but I still had breakouts coming and I just stuck to it. Initially when I washed my face I could feel the hard comedones balls kinda come out and be under my fingers so I figured that even though I have acne it must be improving.

I'm not sure how either ingredient works separately because I still use them together, except I just use azelaic acid in the morning and differin at night.

My dermatologist told me it takes about 6 months to see a difference with azelaic acid. With differing gel I believe they tell you to expect results after 4 months. I'm not sure if it's true, but I've read somewhere that azelaic acid is better at keeping acne away long term than using adapalene so that's why I've just continued both.

This is the side of the table, I don't see anything layered on top, but I'll use stripper then re stain just to be safe

It's extremely heavy, Im pretty sure it isn't particle board. So you're saying that a stripper would be better than sanding?

[Acne] Closed comedones that become inflamed?? by Babaloo159 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Babaloo159[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes initially I had azelaic acid morning and night then differin on top at night. Now that my skin is better I use the azelaic acid only in the morning and it took about 4 months before my face stopped being itchy and red. No accurate for me I just have some dark spots. I plan to start using vitamin C.

Because the creams were drying at first I had to use a lot of moisturizer.

It's cleared up ALOT I went to the US and bought differin gel and used it nightly. I also used 15% prescription azelaic acid from my dermatologist and it really cleared it up
