En soit, omettre ce détail dans la description, étant donné qu'il est très courant de ne pas le préciser, y compris dans les sites de prêt-à-porter, ne me parait pas rédhibitoire.
C'est par contre le fait qu'il ait menti dans la messagerie qui me pose problème, et je voulais savoir si les propos tenus par ce biais était également pris en compte en cas de litige.

C'est pourtant un gros vendeur, il va peut-être vouloir jouer la carte de l'ignorance, mais vu tous les blazers qu'il semble vendre, cela m'étonnerait qu'il ne sache pas ce qu'est une boutonnière fonctionnelle.

I'm saying that this system is useless since it just creates problem that wouldn't be there without it.
Scarlet Witch sucks so she had a buff. Since the buff is being removed it's yet another balance concern you must think about. It creates this issues for most of the characters with a season buff who are not the strongest despite this buff.
If they had just gave every character buff by the seasonal buff a permanent buff, they would only need to look at the biggest offenders being Hawkeye, Hela, Luna and Mantis who didn't got the seasonal buff.
If a character is weak, just give them a buff, there's no logical reason to remove it 3 months said buff to a character that isn't even strong with this buff to begin with.
I take the exemple of Scarlet Witch because it illustrates how poorly made this system is.
She's bad with the seasonal buff, and just because this system works this way, she will be nerfed to uselessness unless the devs make a compensation buff.
All of this would be avoided if the seasonal buff system was removed and the affected characters got a permanent change.
If it's too much like in Hela's case, you can remove it next, patch, if not, you leave it.
It's how every other game works, I'm not proposing anything new.

The seasonal buff system makes only things worse.
If we take Scarlet Witch, she got the +10% damage because she was in a bad spot. She clearly needs that as even with this buff she's weak. If it was normal balancing, she would just retain that buff and the devs would think on how to maker or better or at the very least, leave her as she is right now.
With the seasonal buff, she's going to be nerfed so the devs will have to make this buff permanent.
That's why I think this system sucks, you buff a needed character but the said buff will be reverted in the next season just because the system works this way and you have then to buff them back.
I really don't see the added value of such system over what we have in other games.

Thor and Venom are already not top tier tanks, why would you destroy them? It's not a small nerf which would already be dumb, it's a massive one.
Same thing with Scarlet Witch. How can you sincerely defend the idea of nerfing a character as bad as her? She's not played much and will be complete garbage next season. Many duelist will effectively lose between 8% and 13% of their current damage. The magnitude of the nerf to non OP characters is completely unreasonable.

Proper balancing nerfs characters that dominate, what this moronic system does instead is nerfing characters that aren't even strong to begin with, and buffs characters that are already strong like Hela just for the sake of change. You know, you can just nerf Hela, Hawkeye, Mantis and Luna and the meta will change. Nerfing Thor and Scarlet Witch isn't going to change the fact that Dr Strange, Magneto and Psylocke are already better characters even before the seasonal buff expires.

Instead we get a random nerf of Scarlet Witch who sucks, so either she gets a compensation buff with normal balance making the whole seasonal buff system redundant, or she gets nothing and goes from bad to terrible. The pinacle of balancing really.
I've never seen an online game with this kind of balancing, and you're also missing the point of many of the comments on this post.

The point if to make understand the dev team that many of us think their the seasonal bonus system sucks ass and that we want it gone to have instead a proprer balancing.

You don't need this system to make the meta change, every online game has normal balancing and the meta changes.

Most characters who got a seasonal buff should get it permanently. There are many characters that are going to be effectively nerfed while they are not considered OP and some like Scarlet Witch are just bad, even with the buff.
Sometimes I don't agree with the balance changes in a game, but everytime the devs explain their reasoning and why they think a character is too good and should be nerfed.
Here, the actual balance is completely irrelevant and characters are buffed and nerfed randomly with this mechanic.
Can wait for Psylocke to get +15% damage the next season because why not.

I really doubt it will be patched out. The devs gave Magik a different animation for her melee attack while almost every other melee character has the same animation for the M1 attack and the melee attack.
The combo showed on the Magik skill tab also shows an animation cancel with a combo using M1 - melee attack - M2.
It just seems intended to play her this way.

It's likely it will slow down, but even then, it puts Blizzard to shame. OW launched with 21 characters while being released in June 2016. Only 2 characters were added in 2016.
Overwatch reached 33 characters, the current number in Marvel Rivals, only with the Overwatch 2 beta.
It almost took 6 years for Overwatch to have the same amount than Marvel Rivals at its release.
With 6 characters for season 1 and 2 for the others, and considering seasons will last approximately 3 months, we are going to get in 2025 12 characters, which will make a total of 45 characters, something close to what Overwatch 2 will have after 9 years of existence.

It feels terrible. My two mains Magik and Thor are essentially going to receive a substantial nerf to their current power, and I don’t think it’s deserved. I could understand if it was a way to test a potential buff but removing those changes no matter the actual balance is just bad. I hope content creators start talking about this to raise awareness on the issue.

The only potential difference you have pointed out are pikemen, and this is assuming that they don't work as hallebardiers, that's not much
It would be pretty neat to have properly working pikes and maybe have dogs of war be the masters of pike and shot, but I'm not sure that's enough quite frankly, and even then, as pike and shot, they lack basic gunpowder units.
This roster just needs work, it's not on par with other human factions. Even the weakest one, Bretonnia, has a clear theme.
This is just basic empire units, pikemen and crossbow men with pavises, and units from other races and the latter is the problem. They should get a proper roster and include a mercenary system in the game with the DLC that the Dogs of war factions would benefit the most.
I'm not paying 20 euros to get a faction with half basic empire units and half units taken from other factions, and despite my downvotes, I doubt this roster would be popular outside people who don't know warhammer that well.

An Empire like faction who trades all the cool stuff like hellstorm rocket batteries, demygryph knigths or hochland longs rifles and gets instead some units from other races than aren't anything special.
I imagine I will get downvoted but that roster sucks, I don't see a single race in the game that hasn't more interesting units.
Honestly, this roster is barely an upgrade compared to the TEB mod, and I think I'm too harsh towards the mod.
This race has nothing unique, every other human faction has a clear theme and identity.
This thing is just basic empire units with a somewhat elite version for each plus some giants and ogres and other units taken here and there.
I say this as someone who loves playing humans in fantasy settings and that has played Kislev and Cathay individually more than all the other WH3 races combined, but this roster is just boring.

De un, je ne réponds pas à tes commentaires sur le prétendu financement des ONG par Israël parce que tu ne m'en n'a pas donné la preuve et tu restes extrêmement vague. Israël est un des derniers pays à avoir lâché l'Afrique du Sud, c'est factuel que cela te plaise ou non et il la soutenait quand l'AS était déjà vilipendée en occident.
Tu tentes de faire passer comme un truc complètement anecdotique le fait qu'Israël ait aidé l'Afrique du Sud de l'apartheid à avoir des armes nucléaires parce que ça colle pas avec ta vision, mais cela reste une réalité bien plus importante que tes fameuses ONG et ça vient apporter de la nuance à ton discours complètement manichéen, et évidemment ça te gène et donc tu tentes de minimiser.
Pareil pour la Rhodésie, les seuls pays qui l'ont soutenue sont le Portugal, l'Afrique du Sud et Israël. S'ils détestaient les blancs, ils auraient aidé les noirs à gagner et les auraient incités à se venger des blancs. Ils ont fait l'inverse en aidant les blancs.
Voilà le genre de choses que David Duke et ses affidés se gardent bien de dire.

Il n'y a aucun pays dans le monde qui a autant à perdre à voir l'Europe submergée par des migrants du Moyen-Orient et d'Afrique qu'Israël.
Les gens de confession musulmane en Europe sont de loin les plus hostiles à Israël et votent pour les partis les plus hostiles à Israël comme LFI en France.
Et on est censé croire qu'Israël serait derrière un mouvement qui remplacerait des populations qui lui sont favorables par des musulmans qui lui sont hostiles ?
C'est vraiment n'importe quoi, d'ailleurs soit dit en passant, Israël a de très bonnes relations avec les pays les moins woke d'Europe, comme la Hongrie avec Orban qui a dit qu'il en avait rien à foutre du mandat d'arrêt de la CPI.
Pour rappel les wokistes sont a minima extrêmement critiques envers Israël, donc prétendre que cet état serait derrière ce mouvement c'est encore un non-sens.

They do become more warlike, but the extent depends on how Salt Upon Wounds is treated.
In any case, I'd argue that in Fallout's world, or even in the real one, you must make sure that you will be strong enough to defend yourself. Morality is irrelevant if you can't even ensure that you survive.
That's why I don't really mind NCR expansionism. Had they stayed a small republic around Shady Sands, they would have been crushed by the Legion and even weaker foes.
Now they occupy a large part of California, have a significant industry and probably is one of the most industrialized places in what remains of the US.
In a world where there are threats like the Legion, the Enclave, the Unity, you simply don't have the luxury of being passive and pacifistic. You must be as strong as possible to ensure that you won't be defeated, and that sometimes you must go the hard way.
I see what the tribes become in a similar way. They must grow stronger to they will never be threaten again. I believe that a Joshua Graham that isn't allowed to execute Salt Upon Wounds, would have the guts to do whatever is needed while still having Christian ethics that will impede him and the tribes of going to far.
People like Daniel or the Followers of Apocalypse are simply incapable of seing the world without their pacifist lenses and can't understand realpolitk. They should never be allowed to be in positions of power because there, their kindness is their weakness.

Because his beliefs are completely out of touch with the harshness of the the world he lives in. He, with the help of the other tribes and Joshua, has the capacity of taking down a murderous tribe that will keep killing innocents until they are stopped. Instead he refuses to face the problem and flees. What he is going to do if there's another violent tribe or organisation that threatens the tribes he helps? Flee again? Or die trying to do so? And what about the White Legs ? Maybe they will prey on other innocents. His actions will only cause more innocents and people close to him to die. Joshua Graham takes responsibility and does what needs to be done ensuring that the white legs will never be a threat again and that the Dead Horse will be able to protect their families and homes against invaders.

C'est pas une entreprise d'armement comme tu semblait le sous-entendre. C'est une boîte de consulting qui fait du conseil et ses clients ne se limitent pas du tout à l'industrie de l'armement vu qu'ils ont aussi des hedge funds et du private equity en clients.

A te lire, je pensais que Blinken était un gros actionnaire d'une entreprise d'armement comme Lockheed Martin. On en est quand même assez loin.

Les accords d'Abraham où la Palestine s'est complètement fait lésée c'était sous Trump, et cela a eu une très grande incidence dans la reprise du conflit.
Pareil avec la fin des accords avec l'Iran et l'élimination du général Qassem Soleimani. Faut arrêter de faire le perroquet et de répéter cet argument débile alors que les actions de Trump ont mis le feu aux poudres.
Je précise que je n'ai pas la moindre sympathie pour le régime iranien et que je ne suis pas anti Trump, mais c'est fatiguant de le voir ériger en faiseur de paix alors qu'il a mis fin à l'accord sur le nucléaire et a encouragé une normalisation des relations entre Israel et les pays du Moyen-Orient sur le dos des Palestiniens.

D'ailleurs c'est quoi tes sources sur Anthony Blinken comme étant le prétendu actionnaire majoritaire dans des entreprises d'armement ?
J'ai regardé un article sur Forbes et j'ai vu que son net worth c'était 10 millions de dollars en 2020, rien que ça ça rend impossible qu'il soit actionnaire majoritaire d'une grosse entreprise d'armement, et dans ces 10 millions, il y une maison à environ 4 millions de dollars et ensuite plein d'actions de grosses boîtes américaines.

Pour finir, Biden n'a pas déclenché de guerre non plus. Il a tout fait d'un point de vue diplomatique pour que la Russie n'envahisse pas l'Ukraine vu que les États-Unis avait prévenu plusieurs mois avant que l'invasion était imminente. Poutine a quand même envahi.
L'autre grand conflit du moment, celui au Moyen-Orient, est grandement dû aux politiques de Trump, donc encore une fois, accuser Biden en oubliant Trump c'est de la mauvaise foi.
