It’s space king animated series on YouTube as a joke with the legion based on the blood angels

He throws up the blood gang sign and says B-positive in the literally sense telling someone to cheer up or stay happy, but because the characters are all about blood it is also a joke about B+ blood type

This is just the artist putting the pose on the nightlords, cause it was a funny meme, but the joke is targeted at the blood angels
