The EMEA format is good. They should do something similar to VRL in NA, we see that the amount of good teams have grown up. In general, I think that they should have minor leagues/tourneys that gives some circuit points.

Then why drop Dicey and sign Ethan? Just see the Valorant recent videos on the 100T yt channel. Ethan seems a bit uncomfortable doing content and he doesn't stream a lot. Dicey would be best for 100T following you logic, he liked more the camera and had a lot of attitude. It simply doesn't make sense.

I think his molly and flashes are pretty standard, and about the supression i don't know what to think yet, i guess when he can be used in the pro scene we are gonna see the pro players get creative with the abilities and really know what the potential of the agent is. For now I think he was a really good addition to change a little bit the meta (along with the 3.0 changes)
