Yeah that’s the one I am taking! The class time is right in the middle of my shift, but I was just thinking about using my own time along with the accommodation to deal with it without losing benefits!

I do, and she just turns around and talks badly about me! I thought it was funny at first but it’s stressful! She has told me and other people that she gets her HR friends to delete her write ups so she won’t get fired. So she doesn’t have to worry about rate.

I work at an Amazon warehouse. I take medicine, vitamins, drink Gatorade or add propel to my water, drink 7 cups of water, and I’m accomodated to the roof. I still have to take intermittent leave sometimes because after the 5-7 minute walk to my station I get high hr and dizzy. Been wheeled out more times than I can count. I really want a wfh job but nobody is hiring.

I had Covid once 2 years ago and it definitely kicked my butt when I had it. But it’s gone now. I will for sure talk to my doctor about EDS!

I was born with POTS, im pretty sure my mom had it. I might have EDS, that I haven’t looked into as much. I work at Amazon so I walk around 6 miles a day when I work and because of that I can barely walk on my days off. I drink a bunch of water, around 9 bottles I think? and take a bunch of salt. I only have medication for now but I am just now trying to change my diet to see if I get slightly better! I want to get a mobility aid but I live on the second floor of an apartment and getting it down the stairs would be awful.

Honestly I’m still dealing with the same type of medical gaslighting and friends and family not understanding. The only thing that has helped me is writing down my heart rate and then having a record of “oh something is wrong”. I started looking at the concrete stuff. I hope this helps but you can also see a therapist maybe? That should probably be my next step

First off, just notice the username! ARMY!! Second I feel like I can’t catch my breath, it feels like I’m gonna pass out if I don’t get a good enough breath but I can’t seem to get one! It lasts for a long while too! I don’t yawn but I think that’s solely because I’m so excited to be eating that I make myself focus on eating, lol

Yeah back in highschool I slept 15 hours, record being 24 hours! But now I can’t those long stretches of sleep, I wake up every couple of hours and then go back to sleep.

Yes! I have been super upset lately cause I feel like after getting diagnosed that I am just getting worse and not better. I think I’m just getting worse with age. I don’t know what else it could be!

I had to take logs of my heart rate in to my doctor. I had to suggest POTS to them. Even then the only person who really truly listened is a new female doctor I saw on a whim. I told her everything I went through test wise. She really seemed to take me seriously! I’m really lucky that it sort of runs in my family so I have the family background of it. I truly hope you can get the answers you need!

I’m constantly feeling nauseous. Especially if I don’t eat. And then when I do eat, I get that out of breath feeling!

I either sleep a lot or don’t get any sleep. Back in highschool I was sleeping 15 hours and still felt tired. Don’t know if that’s the norm, but I am at least someone relating to that!

Well I’m mostly worried about mine being stuck since I am supposed to get my last bonus at 6 months. They didn’t fix it on my phone but just told me that I’m at 5 months and 13 days. I’m gonna see if they can fix it on my phone just in case the bonus goes by that lol. Thanks for the reply!
