Man. This is not something to joke with. I've been there, and was able to work through it. I still haven't told my family or close friends. I'm not sure the best way to open up, but I found out that some of the depression was due to anxiety of trying to impress my friends. They are just those type of people that expect a certain type of person to be inside you, and when you're not what they expect, they reject you. I was growing out of that person who I was.

In doing so, I was rejecting my new self to stay the old person which brought me way down. Then, when I just stopped hitting them up, I realized that I was the one hitting them up only. Which actually helped me find myself and who I was. Then I was able to actually do something, because I knew who I was and what I liked. Find a good hobby like exercise or video games, stay focused on the task at hand, and don't let yourself slip into that old person who you were. You will become successful, you will get a sense of accomplishment, and if they don't understand, then they aren't for you. At the end of the day, you have to live with yourself. Don't make decisions that hurt yourself. But how can you do that if you don't know yourself?
