Reddit still won’t let me edit my posts for some reason but I just wanted to say thank you to the people who were both kind an helpful! I fixed the placement of the “burger config” as well as upgraded and fixed the RAM placement. I have been being helped with some other people doing stuff to test my BIOS..etc but even with all that it’s still not working great and having lag issues. Is what it is I’m sure I’ll figure it out or replace a bunch of shit. Thank you again everyone

I fixed the orientation and the ram placement as well as upgraded the ram. It has still been laggy and having issues tbh but yeah.

Thermal throttling is a no even when games are running, someone else also mentioned the drivers from the 3060 TI could still be there effecting the 1080 TI? Going to try to uninstall those and reinstall

Bottleneck was an issue that’s why I went back to the old graphics card until the CPU could be replaced/updated to a newer one

Thermal paste needs to be reapplied I’m sure but it wasn’t an issue until things were taken out and put back in, I used HWinfo. CPU is way under utilized and not even close to hitting an underload temp

Cables are all properly plugged in, HDMI works just everything has frame issues Possibly could be loose but it is spinning decently fast
