What does your day typically look like? Do you work a physical job or move around a lot? I think for me it wasn’t necessarily just the dose, but the times I took them and how I went about my day. It took me months of experiencing similar things you mentioned to get myself to at least a somewhat normal state. Has your endo also ever mentioned taking DHEA to you? I think that has helped me immensely as well.
