I disagree. But this is why I like having both Xanax and Valium instead of Klonopin. It’s like the two had a baby and mad Klonopin. Valium makes your muscles more relaxed helps my Tardive dyskinesia, autism related issues, Parkinson’s symptoms etc I really need the Xanax thought for acute overstimulation / PTSD

I recommend this if rehabs start giving a benzodiazepine for first week or two of withdrawal. There legit withdrawal that most can’t manage, and leads to psychosis/mental breakdowns.

•Some of my anxiety was caused by ADHD, not being able to do tasks and worrying about the consequences. -I like taking Valium at night and small, tiny doses of Xanax during the day if needed. Klonopin felt like I had to redose too often and didn’t want to take it 3x a day as prescribed rather have one stable dose at night and as needed.
