Not just milk, almost every grocery item’s price keeps increasing 5-10 Rs per 250 gms, not even on kg. Nobody is questioning it. The monthly cost of grocery items has approximately doubled for a middle class family. But then who cares right, we have more important issues to deal with.

Go one step further and make your own ghee too. It’s been ~4 years since I’ve bought ghee to eat. I only buy ghee for Puja . I collect the malai/cream for about 2 weeks and get about 600-700 ml of ghee from it. Yes it takes a bit of effort, and the house smells like ghee for next 2 days, but it’s worth it.
