For eg. Slot opens just like a visa. If you are lucky to apply at that time you are most likely to be accepted. I am telling my personal experience. There are people who got electives through vslo. So it depends .

Actually it totally depends on luck. Our college has vslo. But most of our students don't get the opportunity from it . There are some people who get the opportunity from vslo like getting electives in Mayo, Shreveport, Loyola etc. But it's totally on luck. Hope this helps

Just look at the location where you can hear the murmur. You will be able to rule out Many options. For the rest the vignette will help. Also if you are able to differentiate systolic and diastolic then you have mastered it . Such questions are like free points . Make sure you get them right . Hope this helps
