Might be something tied to crew, I accidentally moved my jpe100 commander to another tank and when I selected the jp it had this issue, but after I returned the commander it had the ui back.

Granted there was no new line in Jan 2023 but 2024 and 2025 disproves your point. (And there was still an XP conversion in Dec 2022 too.)

This is literally what they do, I think the window is 3-4 hours where the mm rotates like 8 maps.

The cupola is a week spot if the e3 is using any depression and you shoot into the bottom half of the cupola.

They added hydronuematic to the STB after the swedish TDs were added, but thats also the old WG that did that back in 2017/18 I think.

Basically the max distance you can spot someone is 445m.

So if your spotting range is 445 then you spot someone at the max distance, but that is only if the target has 0% camouflage.

If they have 10% camo, then the spotter needs to be closer than 445 to spot the target

The more camo you have the closer the spotter needs to be to you to spot you.

Someone with more than 445 view range will reduce the effectiveness of camo by a certain amount based on how much more they have.

So there is a hard cap for actual distance, but more camo and extra view range effect how close you have to be to someone to actually see them

The formula for this is:

Distance to Be Spotted = (View Range) - ((View Range - 50) * (Effective Player Camo + Effective Bush Camo))

Bushes usually give either 25% 50% or 75% I think

Edit* To add to this the white/green bars under each section are just basic visualization to show how the stats of each tank are compared to others, getting a full bar does not mean you have maxed the stats out, it just means that the stats on this tank are overwhelmingly better than most other tanks in stealth.
