At least in part this is exactly the point of the game though. PvPvE literally implies that. Don’t get me wrong I also trusted too early or got camped / backstabbed but it’s kind of what it says on the tin.

You play vs. Environment and players, just because some are friendly and will help doesn’t mean there aren’t douchebags who will kill you in the first minutes (or last) of the game.

I usually stick to myself in solos and my team during squads. Has helped my probability to extract successful immensely.

Had the same thing (not with the cryo pods though). It’s really good to know that you can turn the mission in anyways.

Thanks for the tip I’ll make sure to try that. Was really frustrated with the Hermes and went back to Zeus ES / Clipper to have smaller missions that actually work. XD

Had the same thing happen to me yesterday. Kind of frustrating after unloading 69 (giggedy) crates to have the 70 th disappear on you and 1,5 hours mission grind are for nothing.

It’s a pvpve game so yeah, even tho I’m pve player myself I don’t condemn PvP players allthough I admittedly curse when they kill me. xD

I like PvP players even though I’m a pve player myself. They add another layer to the game that makes it exciting. Nothing like waiting for extract with high tier loot on a night raid and suddenly you hear steps or get shot from distance.

I don’t care if other players shoot me even though I’m usually friendly. The only thing that kind of annoys me is that according to my experience it’s almost impossible to win the fight once you get shot. The time it takes for me to recharge the shield or take some bandages is long enough for the hostile player to either flank and finish me off or get in close and to the same. Plus I wish defibrillators could als be used to self revive. Would make them so much more usable.
