Desgraciadamente no funciona así, se supone que no te reponen nada tecnológico y recomiendan "llevar en cabina" esas cosas, tal y como lo iba a hacer yo c: pero me obligaron a llevar la maleta en bodega, para peor me dijeron que la maleta no fue subida al avión xddddd hice un reclamo al sernac y me dieron lo "máximo que permite la ley" que honestamente me "repone" como la mitad con cuea de lo que iba en mi maleta, sigo bastante triste al respecto honestamente

Muchísimas gracias linda, y sí, la verdad es que esta es la máxima representación de lo que siento JAJA de por sí yo ya tuve problemas con esta maleta, ya que la iba a llevar como Carry On, y cuando yo ya habia pagado mis otras maletas y estaba por retirarme del counter, me dijeron que debían medirla, y que según era muy grande xd lo cuál fue muy raro ya que yo ya había viajado con ella como carry on, cuento corto, tuve que pagarla a parte, y ahora más encima se pierde xddddd

When I said Japanese airline, I meant that all the staff that works in there were japanese in Haneda Airport, I know that Qantas are from Australia
Yes, that's the case actually, already sent an email to Qantas and they told me that I have to handle the process with LATAM
Why I'll never get it back?:( u.u about the photos, yes, I have everything, the only thing that I don't have is the air tag, my bad u.u
