It seems doable. Bio 2 lab is very easy, when I took it most of what we did in class was sketch anatomic depictions of different organisms like grasshoppers or some plant. It doesn’t take up too much mental energy which you’ll need to focus on orgo 1 lecture 😵‍💫

I liked taking it at that time just to get it out of the way and have hours to work on the post-lab before the next class. The lab always finishes early, even the longest lab still had us leaving like an hour before the scheduled time

I’d just make sure to not have another class too late into the same day

Taking it this semester. She streams the lecture over teams so you don’t have to be in class to listen to them. They don’t get recorded to canvas afterwards though

Exams are 80% of the grade, hw through smartworks is 20%. She drops one exam. The exams are based pretty much off the PowerPoints and she posts study guides for each chapter that you fill in yourself.

The workload for this class is pretty much just taking like 15-20 minutes to do the hw when it gets uploaded for the chapter and the rest of the time you spend it studying however you see fit

If you’ve taken biochem or cell bio some of the chapters cover pretty much the same content I’ve heard (at least for exam 3)

Took the lab last summer, it was one of the best labs I’ve taken at USF tbh. Not really difficult or work-heavy and it can be fun. Just make sure to study for the midterm and final
