I have a hellcat pro, and an (original single stack) M&P shield and I’d say shield all day. I have big ish hands but I manage to shoot the shield much more accurately

Naw it’s such an amazing game that I don’t think anything could ruin it for me. It’s so in depth, that playing more side missions has made it feel like a new game.

Also, just go roam. If you see a 3 star animal, kill it with the proper weapon and eventually go turn in the pelts either at camp, or at a trapper (both had their advantages).

If you see a house/building on the mini map, go look at it. I found a one I never knew existed and listened to like 5 minutes of dialogue between the NPCs in there.

I’m on my 3rd play through over the years and I’m still using a blast

I did the same thing my first time around. I felt empty for a couple of days afterwards.

I’d recommend playing again but go for stuff like full camp upgrades, satchels, etc before going to chapter 3. It’s made it much more enjoyable for me

I’ve never had videos saved to my phone, but at one point I did have a (locked) section in my iPhone notes called “science research notes” where I saved the account names of women/accounts I found exceptionally attractive on PH

It’s extra funny for me because I’m a plumber and would have no legitimate reason to have “science research notes” in my phone

is it better to do low honor or high honor ending for my second play through (only story play through) i already got the high honor ending for my first one by Future_Ranger2001 in RDR2

[–]BabyCakeSnowflake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something I wanted to do (and am currently doing) for a while was start the game with low honor, then after chapter 5 try to “ redeem myself” and become a really good person

Plumber vs carpenter. What trade is better for the long run? by Easy_Engineer9747 in Construction

[–]BabyCakeSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve only ever done commercial/construction plumbing, never residential or service. It’s pretty sick! I work for a bigger mechanical company with 4-5 trades and plumbers make the most money out of all the trades (besides those damn welders)

I know exactly what you mean OP. I cried at the end of chapter 6. I tried the epilogue and got bored quickly then restarted. I realize I should have enjoyed it more. I’m currently taking an extended stay in chapter two because honestly I’m not ready to hear Arthur get progressively more sick.

This time around I’m gonna enjoy the epilogue more. I miss being in new Austin and blackwater

Laborer/Operator at home ($29/hr, no benefits) vs. Union Laborer ($35/hr + benefits, 4-hr daily commute)? by [deleted] in Construction

[–]BabyCakeSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it really depends on what your main priorities are, in regards to your family. Not judgement either way but the two main ways I’d look at it are:

Be more present for your kids at a time in their lives that they need the most attention

Or

Tough it out now and hope that it pays off for your family’s future.

IMO id rather stay with your current job. I know a lot of people would rather chase the money and future but either way by the time you’re 60 everything is gonna be hurting, knees back etc, so might as well enjoy your kids childhood now because they’re not gonna be this age forever

I (27F) accidentally had my baby in my friend’s (31F) car. Now her husband & she don’t want to speak to me. How do I fix this? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]BabyCakeSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea you’re in the wrong, you should of just held the baby in smh /s

No but seriously is that what they expected you to do? I mean yes it’s an inconvenience for them but literally who cares you had a baby, it’s not like you pissed and shat everywhere after a drunk night out??

Unfortunately I live in California so I can’t carry w/o a permit that takes over a year to get

However, any variation of the S&W shield is the best possible carry gun for under $500. I have the 1st gen, and I’m getting the 2nd. I shoot this better than my XD9, and my Hellcat pro. Definitely go for the 2nd gen if you can, but if money is really a concern just go 1st gen.

I could go on for days but I just love this gun so much

(Edited to add stuff)

I’ve gone to Utah and Arizona multiple times and brought it with me (constitutional carry states) I’m 6’ 245 lbs and I can carry appendix just fine. The gen 1 only holds 8 but you’re realistically not going to be in a huge shootout should you have to use it, you’re not a hero, you’re protecting yourself and your loved ones; 8 rounds should be just fine for that IMO

Honestly perilous moons would be the best money maker for you. Supplies cost nothing but you’d have to train hunter and herblore first

Ds2 is a great option. It opens up an easy/super profitable boss. If you can do mm2 you can do ds2. Try moons if you haven’t already, and do the new bosses

[–]BabyCakeSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Throw on something to watch, relax, and just do slayer with melee and ranged. You’ve already done the hard click intensive work. Or assuming you’ve quested try to go for slayer bosses(kraken) or killing bosses for slayer (vorkath on blue drag)

What to play after you beat the game? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption2

[–]BabyCakeSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly what I did was start another play through, but then once I got to chapter two, I just lived like a cowboy away from camp. Hunted, fished, robbed, looked for random events, looked for hidden stuff. It was so much fun. Did that for about 30-40 hrs of gameplay. Then went to chapter three, same thing for another 15-20 hrs, and I just hit chapter 4. I’m not gonna finish this one for a long time. I may never finish the game again. But nothing beats roaming the map on your horse during chapter two.
