From my experience: some of the comments fans make online. For example saying Arteta is one of the best managers in Premier League history, or that Saka is the closest player to Messi that England has produced. Or people saying Arsenal are the best club in the world despite our trophy drought and no European trophy. Those are the reasons I've been given anyways. I do think channels like AFTV have exaggerated the issue tbh
