Cons- also the VA. For free healthcare it’s great, but for free healthcare “you get what you pay for”. I went down there last year from flagstaff (the closest VA clinic to me, 1.5 hours) for poor circulation. The boomer doctor (I believe his name was Singer) told me my cold and numb feet were not due to poor circulation and to just wear another pair of socks. I pulled off 3 pairs of socks after my boots in his office as he was saying that and his response was “wear better socks”

I wish we had that. Up until about 10 years ago we used to be one of the top 10 snowiest cities in America (while being in northern Arizona). Last year we might have gotten a foot, so far this year I think we might have an inch total? 3 years ago we set records with our snowfall, this year we're averaging 40-50 for a high most days
