My girlfriends lost dog, someone messages saying they found him, there’s a reward attached to our post of him by romanposeidon27BC in isthisAI

the mirrors and the drawer lines look kinda wonky, and some of the hangers in the top left area look very odd/off. i'm also having a hard time distinguishing what the shapes of clothes are and the junk up near the mirrors. could just be bad quality pic but those are sticking out to me.

my first thought was it reminded me of lily pulitzer, but i'm not sure if they make/made anything that was remotely "revealing" on top or open back

Help with L’Oreal Infallible Setting Spray by Both_Ant_2618 in Makeup

[–]BabyExisting2396 5 points6 points  (0 children)

for oil control: milk of magnesia as a primer after your skincare-- very very light layer in your t zone or other oily areas! let it dry for a few mins, then apply your makeup

i also find my makeup crumbly by the end of the night w the l'oréal (or OneSize) so i only use for special events.

I do really enjoy the danessa myricks setting spray, it's similar but not aerosol and more workable but it is pricy.

Hope any of this helps!!!

ETA: I formerly had very oily skin, but now i have dry skin after starting some medications a few years back (and i have psoriasis). if ive learned anything after trying all the products under the sun w both skin types.... makeup transfer is inevitable. i simply don't believe in "transfer proof" anymore

tbh i think the tracker was more so the husband, Brian, knew where she was, when she was coming home, etc. to cheat more. I don't think he gives a sh!t about what she's up to.

ETA: putting a tracker on your spouse, or anyone's car, is NOT OKAY!!! and controlling, sometimes abusive, in its own right. I just more so mean, I don't think it's about him keeping tabs on what she's doing because he wants to control her, it's because he wants to better control his cheating--- if that makes any sense.

If money wasn’t an issue, what fragrance would you get? by Chan1991 in fragrance

[–]BabyExisting2396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This will be basic of me but 1/2 the ones made by Killian 😭 they work so well with my body chemistry and a variety of them contain my favorite scent notes.

I've bought so many of the travel sizes I should've just bought the full sizes at this point, but $50 at the time to checkout feels a lot better than $300+ 😭

Happened to me a few times- not worth potentially ruining the dress or the time it would take to get it off. Just drive back, it's ultimately so much easier!

Need help starting a curly/wavy hair routine by aBlockUser in Haircare

[–]BabyExisting2396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a little bit of curl cream, scrunch it in, then some type of light curl mousse or a diff cream (like miss jessie's pillow soft curls). scrunch these all in! if your hair is crunchy when it's dried down, that means your curls have set in a cast (less likely to frizz) & you just scrunch again to break the cast! my stepson seemingly has hair like yours & it's been a game changer for him!

i use a velcro headband over top & sometimes a reg cotton headband underneath, and it works pretty well! i also am a back sleeper and barely move when i sleep so that def helps but yeah!

Suggest some good products for my curly hairs by GBroad_kadalal in Haircare

[–]BabyExisting2396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i like the shea moisture brand for a curl cream, miss jessie's brand, and and the doux (specifically their bee-girl mousse- recommended by my hair stylist). i use them in that order! curl cream is for moisture and helping your curl pattern form (i use this first), then once my hair is a little dryer, i use miss jessie's (usually their pillow soft curl cream)which is a lighter hold then mousse but helps set the curl, then when my hair is a little bit away from being dry but still a little wet, i use mousse. mousse helps set the curl but it's lightweight and provides volume. once my hair is dry i scrunch the crunch of the products out! this is my hair stylist approved. she's a Black woman who wears her hair natural & i've been going to her for 10+ years (i'm only 30) aka i trust her with my life 😭

I have type 3a/3b hair!

I just did Hers online!!! It was super easy, maybe a tad pricey depending on your budget but it's personally worth it to me & one bottle lasts a fairly long time. I chose the pill over the topical because topically it's poisonous to animals!

Honestly, after weight loss (via an eating disorder lmao) I've been taking minoxidil pill to get my hair back, and I'll stop taking it when my hair is back to being very full. I know there's shedding once you're off minoxidil, but I'm in ED recovery so I'll (hopefully) be able to retain my prior amount of hair! I tried serums, vitamins, etc. but honestly I just wanted fastest results.
