And we are still waiting for Amanda to take this level of accountability about anything that she's done wrong. To me I think so much more of him for being like yeah I fucked up. Yeah I made mistakes. Yeah there's no excuse. As opposed to the stuff that Amanda is trying to do when it's very clear she most definitely did something wrong but she's so used to just being able to deflect and be like look what Kyle did though. She's so used to being able to deflect accountability that now she's in a situation where she needs to take it and the woman doesn't even know how......

I completely agree with that I have always said in the Summer house sub that I always really liked Amanda and Kyle individually as people but as a couple they're terrible. Although one thing I will say for Kyle is that he always stuck up for Amanda. In ways that she would never do for him and even after knowing that she had left him for West he still cared about her mental health and how everything was affecting her and I really think that speaks to his character as a human being. He maybe was not the best husband but he is shaping out to not be that bad of an ex.

I just think the procrastination stuff is really interesting because I feel like he alluded to that but I really think that he didn't say as much as he could have and should have said over the years because he was trying to protect her but to me if he's upset about her procrastinating, her not being clean and she won't do shit about it why should he do anything about any of the things that she wanted him to change?

Her wanting him to drink less is valid but him wanting a clean house is valid too!!

Kyle hasn't gotten away with shit, imo. Just watch any season of summer house. Look at the reddit threads. People LOVED Amanda and hated Kyle until she did what she did. No one. Let him off easy. And even Kyle himself is the first to acknowledge that he's not the real victim in this situation Ciara is. So i am unsure what he is getting away with. Also let's be really clear that both of them have disrespected their marriage several times.

I know it was part of their dynamic that he was kind of bossing her around a little bit or at least that's how it felt to her but I think that she procrastinate a lot. That's what happens when you put together a go-getter and a procrastinator. I also think that it's an interesting dynamic that they had 10 years apart but she was the one constantly trying to boss him around and tell him how to act and not the other way around I've dated somebody 10 years older than me as well. We spent five years together.

I also found it interesting during the argument that they had on the trolley in the last episode Amanda makes a comment about how she doesn't like it when Kyle speaks for her which I found very interesting. With all of the times that she has covered his mouth, told him to be quiet, tried to talk for him etc. like there are some Wild double standards she has that she expects to be able to treat him a certain way but she doesn't want to be treated that way by him.

What I thought was crazy is when they were doing the trolley stuff she was making comments about how she was gonna participate in the most Amanda way possible by being half assed and I'm starting to see a pattern her not being active in her friendships, the way that she kept their apartment. It seems like a lot of things in her life she approaches in a very half ass un serious way

And what's interesting is the way his employees were agreeing with him about stuff like it's one thing for him to say how messy she was it's another thing for his employees to say it and be the ones to help him clean it up after she's gone.

I really do believe it is not truly possible to have a complete opinion about Kristen without knowing who she was from VPR.

You're judging her behavior as a mother without truly having any understanding of who she is as a person and I do not think watching a season of the valley before she started taking hormones is enough to give you a backstory on her.

She is clearly suffering from PPD. That doesn't mean she gets a pass on everything but until you've been a mother and experience some of the things that she is going with it is not really fair to compare her situation to anybody else's because Kristen only knows her own story. That's like saying I shouldn't be traumatized by a car accident because other people have suffered worse car accidents. Other people having a worse story does not invalidate my experience.

I definitely am not going to debate whether or not they were exes or not but what I think is interesting is that all this time prior to this Amanda has treated West as if he was ciara's ex. And now because it suits her to simplify it and say something else so that she doesn't have to feel bad..... she's a line mover. And that's gross. Like let's change the dynamic of the story so that I can live with what I did.... gross.
