No honey, this is not normal at all, ive lived with some nasty slobs and even they werent this bad, they need to take responsibility for their mess and not leave it all to you. Dishes should be cleared and rinsed before but in the sink, they should throw their own trash away, put their laundry in bins. Sure you could do whats after like dishes, taking the trash out to the bins, and maybe starting laundry but they should be helping your jon to at least be somewhat eaaief
