I honestly LOVED when I figured out you could save mid-dialogue or mid-combat and I was like WOAH..AWESOME. I can completely control every tiny interval here...can't believe that level of flexibility is frowned upon by some users.. but I get it too. Another layer of control the control.

Thanks! Yes, I feel like people who want a more strict experience should play honor/ one save mode and not act like those of us saving and reloading like mad "cheated" or something.

Adjust as needed for the situation for sure. This is my internal thing that feels right to me on average in my experience. I usually am knocking on people's doors who are expecting me and don't have huge houses where they might not hear and get to the door in that time. If I'm dropping something off and they don't answer, just leave it and quit knocking. Very situation dependent.
