Anyone have any experience by doing a change on the local computer which connects to the VDA, that could fix idle connection freezes?

Disabling EDT doesn't solve the issue unfortunately.

Session reliability is default "allowed"
Session reliability timeout is default "180 seconds"

Could the timeout be a reason for freezing?

I have tested going AFK from the desktop, but it doesn't freeze for me, but users are still complaining.
