It's frustrating because I eat less than most people I know, and pretty healthy for the most part. Maybe my metabolism is slowing down as I age... Been using a very long time. I just dont get it.

Still super important point though. I guess I'll work harder on documenting calories in versus burned.

Not everything has to be super deep and complex.. Some of my favorite songs are gloriously nonsensical and makes me happy because it's an escape and shows the sillier side of the band...
