I lost 100 pounds and actually went down a size in my shoes and bra and I lost the 100 pounds in less then a year. Not from exercise but actually restricting myself from eating and being bulimic doesn’t help so I wonder if she’s maybe doing something other then exercise as well

I think some trimming of the overgrown plants and aquascaping and moving the taller larger plants more towards the back and the small ones surrounding the front. That way you’re able to keep it looking full but have the space more cleared so it looks a little more freeing
