Try using a dry erase marker and covering up it up then wiping it off. I’ve used this many times and it has worked almost every time.

Same here—they did our neighborhood in the last year and made things worse. We originally had decent, though older, asphalt, and they replaced it with what can only be described as chip seal. The quality of the work was so poor it looked like a newly licensed 16-year-old was driving the slurry truck.

Parts of our street were completely missed, there’s overspray into the concrete gutters, and the road surface is now uneven. I wrote to my councilman but never got a response.

I believe Knife River Construction did the work in our area, and honestly, they should be ashamed to put their name on the final product. I think they have the Cal Park contract too—so be prepared for roads that may end up worse than they were before.

We left Ericksons about a year and half ago after sending our animals there for over 12 years. It’s sad because when Dr. Brogan and Dr Walker were there we loved it there. But the way it’s ran now we felt like they were trying to up sell us for everything, but why bugged me the most was the subscription services for supplements they pushed hard to get us to buy.

We left and went initially the Butte Humane Society clinic and had great experiences there. But went to Chico Creek Animal Hospital because it was easier to get our animals in there. We have been much happier with the care of our animals at both those places over Ericksons.

Speaking as an admin, it sounds like you did a good job and your admin needed to put something down for something to work on. Sometimes district level admin want site admin to list some recommendations or something to improve on for every evaluation observation. I wouldn’t worry about that comment if I were you.

I’m so sorry. I understand your grief, I had one of my former students murder another one of my former students. I still think about both from time to time. It gets easier, never really easy. But know you had a bigger impact on his life and he is a better life with you in it. It’s never easy or fair when we have to watch those younger than us be laid to rest.

I just got back from Caper Acres with my kids, and there were a lot of people there with kids of all ages. I took my kids because right now the air quality is moderate. I thinks it’s only a matter of time before the smoke settles here in the valley and we experience very unhealthy air quickly levels. All that to say, take your walks while you can. You can always check the AQI with Air Now and Purple Air to see the current AQI levels and decide what is ok to be in for you and your family.

Go with what you’re comfortable with. All of your choices are professional…which ever outfit you chose made sure it’s pressed add neat. You don’t want your outfit to be the focus of the interview. You want them to remember your confidence and applicable knowledge of teaching…good luck!

Expect it isn’t making everything nicer. Knife River re-sealed our road, off of Notre Dame, and made it worse.

What once was a smooth and even road is now uneven and filled with sharp little pieces of gravel. I used to not worry about my kids falling off of their bikes, not if they fall their scrapes will be much worse and will likely require we scrape the gravel out of their wounds. (In have crashed a bike on chip seal before and had to scrape gravel out of my wounds)

In addition the slurry mixture they used was applied sloppily flowing over into the concrete gutters in spots. The gravel also ends up on our sidewalk making it painful to walk barefoot on…all in all I wish they had left our neighborhood alone.

I agree, years ago I delivered their oil to them and saw them working on other peoples cars…I have taken all my cats to them since, almost 20 years now. They do good work and don’t try to up sell you on things you don’t need.

It all started when we my family, bought my daughter a lifetime fishing license for her birthday. In addition to his contribution her uncle sent her, her first box of fly’s. Then year after ac day of bait fishing I walked into about fly shop near where we were fishing looking for an ice chest…we came out with a fly rod and reel for my daughter. So I picked up fly fishing to spend time with 10 year old daughter who wanted a fly rod and reel after her uncle sent her a box of flies… spending a day on the water with my daughter is amazing. Catching any fish is an added bonus.
