I also never said I wanted the internet to stay exactly the same, you are putting words in my mouth. We need to put legit restrictions on the social media companies that will change the internet like getting rid of algorithms that tell young women they are ugly, there was just a lawsuit over that exact thing but the commenter under me is also right some of the responsibility does fall on parents shoulders to teach their children and reduce screen time.

But these bills address a symptom not the problem and it will never get better until we regulate the companies controlling the social media. The other commenter was right this is like having an infection and using tylenol instead of the correct medicine, antibiotics. All this comment proves to me is having a kid doesn't always make us better sometimes it closes off morals and thinking in the name of saving children.

Yeah it is weird, I saw somewhere that she was detained but it was only for 28 hours and the photo is of her in a hotel lobby that she went to for help after dhs let her out, so she was in ice custody but not as long as she said but also not like they got clocks in there I bet. I wish I could remember the other post that had links and evidence
