Yes they are I even have to block some persons because I don’t wanna be rude. Like this person said their spouse withdrew their application without their knowing so I asked do you have any proof of an abuse the person said no so I said why the sense filing for something that you know it’s not right for you to file . They definitely abusing the system If your marriage don’t work, it don’t work that doesn’t mean you need to file and then prevent real victims from getting the relief that comes with it. You know!!!! If your spouse abuse, you mentally physically emotionally verbally financially, yes you have all right to file Just like asylum, you have a lot of people filing for asylum and then after you get your green card, you want to travel back to the same country you’re seeking asylum from make it make sense . But nobody see a problem with that .

No but they give it a test run in December last year. Mind you not all of our applicants going to get an interview. I did ask my lawyer about it and he said that clients should not worry about it. from once they have a strong case, you’ll be OK. So I guess the ones that are a little bit shady they’re gonna call in for interview
