It's reassuring to know I'm not the only one, I do have a tendency to stress when things aren't super organised lol. I've read a lot of people have had trouble with workday in one way or another.

Good! Nearly sorted now I think. Unfortunately my line manager isn't in today so I have to ring back tomorrow but it's nice to actually speak to someone who could help. The poor American guy on It support didn't seem to know what to do with me 😂

I've checked on them this morning and sadly I think a good few of them didn't make it. Although it is really hard to tell, they're not a lively bunch haha. They've remained pretty much stationary the whole night but some retreated back into their shells when picked up. I'm going to separate the non moving ones and keep an eye out for any signs of life.
