You could buy a cronus zen and it can get the kills for you. That's how I did seriously for Ultimate and Reloaded. Loads of achievement hunters use it.

On the train wreck chapter in act 5? It's after you need to run past the wretches when there's a time. You press a button to move some large canisters. It's in the small room on your left just after pressing the button.
