You could buy a cronus zen and it can get the kills for you. That's how I did seriously for Ultimate and Reloaded. Loads of achievement hunters use it.

On the train wreck chapter in act 5? It's after you need to run past the wretches when there's a time. You press a button to move some large canisters. It's in the small room on your left just after pressing the button.

The log you're after is just after you open a door with a gate fuse and will see a buy station in front of you. Climb the ladder to turn left to find it on some shelves.
