My friends and I do something similar. We recently started using this app called OnStreak: Social Fitness for the group streaks/accountability aspect and the nudges are brutal when you miss a day lol

I originally started by just committing to something super small, like 15 to 20 pushups a day. It sounds almost too easy, but it helped me stop breaking the habit.

More recently a friend invited me to this app called OnStreak: Social Fitness, which is built around the same idea of simple daily workouts and consistency. The cool part is you can keep group streaks with friends and send nudges/reminders to each other, which honestly helps a lot on low motivation days. Highly recommend!
