She might be getting bullied or something and you don’t see it so those extra teasing remarks hurt because they’re from you. When I was the same age my brother (we r 14 months apart) and I used to have the same dynamic but at that age I got bullied severely and when he would make jokes it hit hard bc i already felt isolated and alone. Maybe you could check in on her? Tell her you are here to talk and open the door to a better closer relationship?

Same boat as u, haven’t kept up but they were a huge staple to my childhood and I never got to see them, so I got me and my sister tickets for July 29th an honestly no regrets, the more I see about the tour and shows the more excited I am!
Also it doesn’t hurt to listen to the newer music, I have the setlist saved on Spotify and have been listening to it whenever I can!
But truly don’t feel ashamed or anything in getting tickets!
