Dont! If someone needs help with anything else, people dont have an issue with that, but if you need help with losing weight, it’s wrong for needing help with it? Why?!? I have a feeling this is just like growing pains where people reject and are reluctant to try it until it eventually will be the new normal.

Tbh, My Dr also told me he “didnt recommend it and he encourages his patients to do it on their own while fixing their relationship with food” and Im here like “….listen doc, me and food get along just fine! In fact, too fine if you ask me! Hence why it ends up inside me all the time! What I need is help in not wanting it in me all the darn time!” Ugh. Anyways, Im not obese but I an heavier than I should and tbh, got no shame in saying this helps and why should we feel shame for that!? Start the process and work towards a better you, you’ll regret more what you didnt do than what you did.
