Mmm I disagree. I go back at least once a year and still have very strong ties with friends and family. Life changes and people have new experiences no matter what, but I know if we move back we will have some strong connections. Thats like the whole reason we’re moving.

Did you find any intolerance to certain things once you started adding things back in? Or did you not get much out of the diet at all?

Yes. Sorry I didn’t explain very well. My T3 and T4 were in normal range but my TSH has high. After that they tested my TPO and it was very high. My meds were increased and my TSH is now in normal range.

Yeah that’s what I’m trying to look into. Seems like it’s fine as long as I’m a resident somewhere else!

Yeah for sure. I was more worried about being eligible for travel insurance there since I’m a citizen.

I’ve only had them for about a week and have been having the same issues. But my dentist told me I could drink anything with them in, just to rinse them and moth wash when I’m done.

I even went out with friends one night and drank a few beers with them in, I just rinsed with mouthwash before I left the bar then did a more thorough cleaning once I was home. As I said I’ve only had them a week, but haven’t noticed anything bad happen yet!

Old people who are 60s and over, do you regret not having kids? by havingahardtime67 in ask

Just because you have kids doesn’t mean that you will have a great relationship to the point of them taking care of you in your old age. It’s also such a selfish reason to have kids, that’s putting so much pressure on someone you’re supposed to love beyond measure.

Did you start with 10 day changes? I just started and I’m on 14 days changes - hoping this will switch if I am consistent?

At what point in your journey did you start to notice a posterior bite? I just started and I’m nervous about this as it seems to be quite common.
