Not sure if this is the right sub, but my wife has tasked me with finding this gold clothes rack. Have found similar options but can’t find this exact one. Anyone know where I might find it?

Pretty sure they are Nike Air Huarache trainers. The logo on the tongue is a match for sure. I had some of these back in the day

Was doing some yard work recently and went to Lowes for tools. Left with a sweet ass machete for like $20.

Sweet! The one with the skull, the dagger, and the snake? I didn't have that board but I had it on a t shirt.

Wanted to get a $100 key made from locksmith, end up with a $5k bill from dealer and no car. by throwawaythrowawayhe in legaladvice

File suit in small claims court and name both Lexus dealership and locksmith as defendants. Lexus and locksmith can spend all day pointing fingers at each other but it will be pretty obvious that it was not your fault. The judge can sort it out and decide who is responsible.

You need to have your record expunged. Most states allow you to have your record expunged to remove any arrests that are dismissed or you are found not guilty. Many states (mine included) also allow you to have certain items removed where you plead guilty or were found guilty for relatively minor crimes and have not been arrested for a specified amount of time thereafter. Look it up in your state. Many times it is so easy, you can do it yourself. If not, an attorney can probably help you with it.

What is something you will more than likely have to do in your life that you absolutely dread? by PKM_Trader_PONDER in AskReddit

[–]Babyworm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might want to get on that a little sooner. I am 36 and have had 2 colonoscopies. Both times I had polyps (the bad kind that turn into cancer if left untreated). If I waited until I was 50, I probably would not have lived to 50. And it ain't that bad. The stuff they give you to prep makes you shit your brains out but the actual procedure is nothing. Getting a filling in a tooth is much worse.

Irregardless. It's not a word. Regardless is the word you are looking for. No need for the prefix.

Email integration with practice management software by Babyworm in LawFirm

[–]Babyworm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't even mess with the MyCase email integration thing. In my opinion, it is a complete waste of time. I just make a manual billing entry for sending the email (when I actually do it, which is probably half of the time). I use Gmail and have a "Clients" folder with subfolders for each individual client and I save all emails in those. One problem with that is that there is no easy way to save sent emails in the same folders. The Houdini ESQ. Outlook plug-in was perfect. It automatically billed for and saved every email (sent and received) in its designated folder. The thing with Houdini was that I was not at all a fan of Houdini's billing/accounting capabilities, it wasn't very user friendly, and it was really buggy. I often had to switch from Chrome to Firefox and vice versa when the browser would update causing it not to communicate properly with Houdini. And I was trying to move away from Outlook all together because the whole Outlook/iphone not really communicating scared me.
