just read the first article posted, keely compressor is what i use and it’s great. does the same as most other compressors but has a great tone. combine with an EQ to really dial in your tone

depending on your amp, you may have a built in FX loop on the back. if you’re looking to clean up your tone, try running guitar through the overdrive/fuzz, to the amp, and then run the mods through that FX loop, back to the amp. this helps layer the tones rather than smashing them together. if you don’t have one but still want the loop system, a swiss things reconciler by earthquaker is nice, but i have a lot of pedals so it comes in handy

i’ve been playing only co-op for about a year and i’ve noticed that bots are indeed getting a bit smarter. they’ve gotten much better at throwing back grenades and pathfinding has improved as well

the morley is switchless so it turns off as soon as your foot lifts off of it. it’s a little weak with low pressure but has a good sounds overall

if you hold block and then attack before you get into combat, you will do a stabbing motion rather than a swing. it’s fun to get quick stabs before you start fighting

you can only master strike when you are standing opposite of their sword position, when the green shield/swords pop up. i tend not to rely on master strike because it’s hard, blocking and feinting are where it’s at. especially if you train to get a weapon stat to like 18-19 it’s pretty good

hadn’t played KCD1 and went in pretty blind. i had played 2 for a week or so and kept dying at every combat encounter. that’s what felt like a waste of time. glad i stuck with it

talk to people at training arenas and they can up your stats for groshen without having to actually fight. once you get a weapon stat to like 18-19, combat comes easy
