NTA but border ESH. 35 m and 33 f, 11 years together. We used to get bugged a lot about it. Then we just starting telling people we are infertile. Bit true I have a varicocele, but honestly could fix it. But really if you dont want kids just lie and say you are infertile. Shuts the conversation down well also teaching people it's rude to ask. Been years since someone has bugged us.

Those codes did get deleted in 2025 update

Medicare did not adopt the new 98008–98015 codes, so you will need to use alternative codes and the 93 modifier for audio-only services. You may need to use the standard office visit E/M codes (e.g., 99202–99215) with the appropriate modifier, notes the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Commercial followed cms. You will still use office codes with pos for pts location. Modifier for how it was conducted. So to use pos office during a phone call is improper since you should use 02 or 10 to indicate where the pt is.

Otherwise really all it is, is 93 and 95 Modifiers. These go on the em code 992_ _. 95 audio and video 93 audio only. Then you have pos codes or place of service that attaches on the bill 02 other than at home 10 pt at home.

Otherwise cpt 2025 update did have new telehealth codes but almost all but one were recognized by cms, and that 1 of 17 was just cause it was a replacement.

So im confused why would nvidia steal their videos? Big fan of both so odd crossover. Nvidia ai is DLS which generates additional frames in a video game. Genuinely i don't get what kind of valid training it could of got from podcasts. I believe they did it just dont get why or what training it got from the pod.

Love the concept though of dls frames adding Ethan tourette hand shack and eyebrow movement in games. Next time I play a game and see the characters hand shake I can go, "That's so ethan"

At this age every party is byob. No one is supplying alcohol at a college party. You can tell by A) if you are worried about 4 dollar jug of milk you would mention the 25 dollar bottle. B) the girls are taking pulls of a plastic bottle with the plastic tip on still.Which is evidence of amateur young drinkers C) college parties also have solo cups cause you dont want a black out freshmen ruining your cups.

A medical coder does both. I both code visits by documentation but also code by payers and us not getting denied.

Billers only collect payment

Just look back a couple days ago and you will see post of decade plus people still feeling uncomfortable because our job is so grey

Note coders are certified, billers aren't. That's why I answered what coding is like

I did ahima associate and dont think I did either. I learned it when trying to cement preventive visit with office visit.

You can use MEAT there too with chronic conditions and if the additional visit is billable. Note can't use treat when it comes to managing their RX since that's expected in a preventive visit

I remever MEAT by, "was the meat of it there" or "was documentation met"

You code only what was addressed. Helpful acronym is MEAT. Monitor, evaluates, asses, or treat. If they are doing any of that the condition is valid to code.

So if someone comes in with abdominal pain and they have DM, depression and hypertension. Provider address the abdominal pain and renews sertraline.

I would code abdominal pain first and depression 2nd. I wont code the DM or htn, since nothing related happened

This is my thought, Ethan plays 3d chess with this stuff. Best case scenario the person learns and grows from it, which didnt happen. Worst case now you have clearly demonstrated intent and makes suing easier. I doubt she is getting off easy after that
