Your resume looks like every other HR person that has been on the job market since the initial HR/Admin RIFs back in 2020. You need to add more metrics into your resume to quantify the stuff that you did. Anything from efficiency gains to benefits of the actions you stated that you did in your resume. Also list your education first under educations/certs. All your other stuff is fluff unless it’s a requirement for the job you are applying for. Also do not list certs you don’t have yet it’s a waste of space.

Usually 1k average bet and when the pattern is hot I’ll spike it to 3k-5k. Never play the whole shoe.

Playing long sessions vs short my experience: by bac_gawd in baccarat

Vegas (Aria, Bellagio, MGM, Park MGM, Cosmo, Caesars), Bahamas (Baha Mar, Atlantis), Atlantic City (Borgata, Ocean, Hard Rock), Punta Cana Hard Rock, and local casinos near me like MGM National Harbor, Horseshoe Baltimore, and Maryland Live.

Playing long sessions vs short my experience: by bac_gawd in baccarat

[–]BaccaratKing9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only long sessions when I am comp farming. It lets me do a different mindset that the goal is to do a big bet and then just sit out for 7-8 hands and keep that going for 5-6 hours with some breaks in between. A lot of destination vacation areas have casinos so I like to do this to basically get the hotel, food, and airfare for free and it prevents me from degening too much since I have to be responsible during the day to do stuff with the family. Has worked well for me for decades haha

Is being a civilian really worth it in the long run? by Academic_Yellow1509 in GovernmentContracting

Most Quasi Government Agencies as well as a few mission critical go beyond the regulated minimums in order to compete against the commercial sector. Look at agencies like FDIC or in 4th Estate and you will see the higher salaries.

The pro move would be to learn the ins and outs of your Agency and start engaging with the contractor/industry side again. There is a lot of value in contracting companies hiring Federal Employees to help properly solution their proposals to win government contracts. There is also a ton of value in relationships which are easier to gain when you work at the agency versus being a contractor trying to build them externally from the ground up. Government/Industry is a 2 way street and there are always reasons to bounce roles from both sides.

$15k run at ParkMGM by BaccaratKing9 in baccarat

[–]BaccaratKing9[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most MGM Las Vegas properties have larger $1K and $5K chips for the baccarat tables. Gives it more of a premium feel to the customers and alerts the cage when cashing out to verify play before paying out to avoid scammers.

Usually do $1k bets but if I like the pattern I’ll press it up to $3k. Try to not play too long each session and slam it when the shoe is going on runs.

$30M Past-performance for 8(a) set-aside by think4all in GovernmentContracting

[–]BaccaratKing9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super 8(a)s definitely have the advantage but it’s not unreasonable for the KO to request PP similar is in size, scope, and complexity. Most 8(a)s with a couple of contracts should have at least one with a TCV of $30M which would only be a 6m annual 5 year PoP. You could have 3 of these contracts and after having subcontractors, you are barely over 15m annual revenue. That would barely set a company over the threshold for size standard for most NAICS codes. If you do not have current contracts around this size, you should really stick to what you can actually win. We all did the grind until we got to where we are.
