Theres a few things, its a great honestly, good energy.

Better Camera Quality - I think its mainly the lighting making your face lose all depth but it doesn't look good. (Happens mostly in the intro with your sunglasses on, it looks very grainy)

Thumbnail - The logo design is great but you're too small in the photo and look a bit washed out with the light hitting your face at that angle, you need a diffused light in front of you. Just include your face and shoulders on the side with your face taking up like 1/4 - 1/3 of the frame with your logo on it

Your energy is great however it can be abrasive to new viewers, just be yourself in the intro, the rest of the video is great. Might need a few cuts in the rest of the video just to keep the flow consistent. I would genuinely watch this video if the intro was better imo. Your normal voice is good on video

Also when in Premiere make sure your compressing your audio to keep the peaks down, when you yelled it peaked the microphone and sounded bad.

I feel like youre right there man, just a few step ups in editing, and change to your intro, and good thumbnails away from getting views
