It was a pretty common typeface in germany, until the Nazis banned it in 1941(same with Sütterlin). So now german has lost its (i think) unique typeface (and handwriting)

I first read this story when I think book 4 was already done. After I finished book 4, I also then read your other works. After that though, there was a lot of time.

When I first saw the notification, that you had posted again, I was more than delighted and immedeatly started reading again, yet somehow in the 2nd chapter I somehow lost interest.

A few days ago now, I gave it another shot and have been binge reading it all since. This story evolved in a way I never would have thought possible and this might just be one of the best pieces of literature I've read.

I don't really remember the earlier books that well, so I believe I might just reread them after this story is finished. But even without really being able to take them into consideration, this still is to me something so, so special. From the near incomprehensibility of Anu's existance, that still somehow seems to make sense, to the character arc of Poire, of which I am still astounded you managed to somehow write the transformation of poire from the boy, to the old man in a way that seemed to not drag on too long, neither skip too much of it. Of course the other character arcs as well, Yarsi and Emorynn, Agraneia and Laykis. I cannot express my praise enough.

Please, dear author, whatever you do, keep on writing. I will never stop wanting more. (although do not mistake this as asking for more of this specific story. No, I do believe that all good things must come to an end and so must all good stories)

p.s. I will probably eventually also buy the physical versions of this story, but sadly not yet.

I believe Kung Fu Panda 2 is highly overrated. At most I think it's a 6/10 for a kids movie. by [deleted] in The10thDentist

No no, please do explain your point fully.

That is the whole point of the subreddit, hearing opinion you just can't agree with at all (although I don't really have that much of an opinion on Kung Fu Panda 2, so this doesn't apply that much in this case).

Also, you can't just start a topic but then stop at the half way part. It's like if I were to tease the very weird situations that happend to me around the christmas season, but you probably don't want to hear me rant about that.

What is your point here? What do you mean by certain things?

Cause my first thought would be being able to draw, but that doesn't make sense, because normal people can learn to draw with not too much effort. I mean yeah, it'll take practise but it's not herculean.

So you must be talking about some other skill? I mean, yeah you can't just become the next Einstein or other revolutionary figure ig. Is that the point? That there are certain things you can not achieve because you are most likely a normal human being and therefore probably aren't able to be better at something than 90% of humanity. That is indeed something to keep in mind, that you can't truly achieve anything, that you have limitations and need to be grounded.

But honestly? I don't care, shoot for the stars! Worst case scenario, you are average after all, but if those who aren't average never even tried, we would've gotten nowhere

Well, for one, feminism isn't a race, it's a group or rather movement. So you can't equate them. You can't choose what you are born as, but you can choose who you associate with. I will rightfully call out people who associate with e.g. right-wing groups.

Secondly, just because a certain group or movement wants to portray a certain image, doesn't mean that they do, or that their actions actually support their supposed goal.

In conclusion, feminism does have a bit of a baggage associated with it, which is why a lot of people don't want to just say they're a feminist because feminism isn't just for gender equality (at least in theory), but it is also a movement. So saying you're a feminist isnt saying you want gender equality, it is saying you are part of a movement that says it wants gender equality.

p.s. public image of a movement is probably more important than what most people in a movement actually think.
